Our Tasty Tuesday feature for May 16, 2023. One juicy, delectable bite will send your taste buds to a sun-kissed sandy beach in the Caribbean!
Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs. ground chicken
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & chopped
1 mango, chopped
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat a grill or skillet to medium heat.
- Mix all of your ingredients. Be careful not to crush your mango pieces.
- Separate your mixture into 4 equal portions and form them into patties.
- Grill to 165°F or until juices run clear (about 4-5 minutes on each side).
