Chef Jean arrived in the U.S. from Haiti in 1992. His childhood days were spent in the kitchen, learning how to cook from his mother. Her lessons stayed with him and served him well in his tenure as chef at a five-star restaurant. He joined Delaware in 1996. Today, in addition to overseeing in-store operations, Chef Jean can be found in the kitchen experimenting with new taste combinations, testing new recipes for everything from our hand-made sausage to our line of Bake ‘n Serve items.
