White Bass

Also known as Sand Bass or Silver Bass, White Bass can be prepared in a variety of ways. Many aficionados recommend removing the bloodline (the dark meat that runs along the lateral lines of the fish) to remove any unpleasant taste. White bass can be baked, broiled, blackened, grilled, or dredged in your favorite batter and pan-fried. This freshwater fish also pairs nicely with a good sauce.
