Wahoo Steaks

In Hawaii, this fish is also called Ono, meaning “delicious”.  Found in tropical regions throughout the Atlantic and Pacific, Wahoo are prized for their tender meat.  Wahoo are also considered an exciting challenge for fishermen as these fish can blast through the water at upwards of 60 miles per hour!  Easy to prepare, Wahoo can be pan-fried, baked, or grilled.  However you prepare it, the result will be a tender fish steak with sweet but delicate notes.
