Veal Tenderloin (Frozen)

Veal Tenderloin is the most tender cut of veal. You can roast it whole or slice into tasty medallions. This cut of meat works best roasted or pan-fried; however, if you wish to cook on the grill, it is suggested that you wrap the tenderloin in bacon or cover in lard to keep it moist and tender. Veal Tenderloin’s mild flavor is easily enhanced with white wine or lemon, and just the most basic of seasonings.
