Veal Chops (Frozen)
With more states banning the tethering and crating of calves raised for veal (and several farmers even opting to raise their calves free-range), today’s more humane farming practices make veal a more palatable choice as a protein. Veal Chops naturally contain less fat and cholesterol than beef, making them a healthy alternative. Veal chops are great grilled or pan-fried with lemon, garlic and rosemary. They can also be breaded and cooked similar to a veal cutlet.
