Turkey Necks

Not many people realize this, but Turkey Necks can be prepared in a variety of ways. They can be braised (seared, then placed in a closed pan with your favorite liquid in a 350° F oven for about an hour) to give you tender morsels. Turkey necks are also great stewed, and they make a great base for gravies and stock. In addition, they can also be used as a flavoring agent for beans and greens.
