While mostly skin, bone and cartilage, Turkey Backs do have a fair amount of meat on them.  They can be roasted with your favorite seasonings, but many people cook them down in their Instant Pot or slow cooker to create a beautiful savory stock for soups, or that rich turkey gravy you serve at Thanksgiving dinner.  Delaware’s Turkey Backs are all-natural, with no hormones or antibiotics, so you taste nothing but the turkey’s own natural goodness!
