The Tomahawk Steak is probably the most ginormous steak you’ve ever seen!    This big boy is a thick ribeye cut with at least 5 inches of rib attached.  This steak will fill your whole plate…and then some!  Flavor-wise, this steak is rich and tender, as it comes from the area of the cow where muscles are hardly used.  Give it a good sear on the grill before finishing in the oven for about 30 minutes.  Perfection!
