A staple of many holiday dinners, the Rib Roast can be found tucked between the chuck and short loin portion of the steer.  A Standing Rib Roast is supported by seven ribs, while it can also have a few as three.  Our Standing Rib Roast has just the right amount of marbling – enough to give you a roast that is juicy, tender, and loaded with flavor.  Serve our standing rib roast at your next holiday dinner.
