Smoked Chubs

A member of the Carp family, Smoked Chubs have a sweet, delicate flavor that is enhanced through the smoking process. Their tender, flaky flesh makes them perfect in salads and dips. Layer smoked chub on a bagel with cream cheese for a traditional kosher deli-style breakfast. Or get really creative and mix smoked chub into the cream cheese itself to create a delicious schmear! (You can also serve this atop crackers for a tasty hors d’ouevre.)
