The high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids in Sea Bass not only make it good for you, these heart-healthy fatty acids add to its magnificent flavor.  In addition to Omega 3s, this fish is loaded with B-vitamins and Magnesium.  There are a variety of ways to cook Sea Bass, including baked, pan-seared (perhaps the most popular method), steamed, grilled, poached, and cooking en-papillote (in parchment).  Some prefer to cook the fish in a lemon butter sauce.
