Our Wild-Caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is Loaded with all the heart-healthy stuff like B-vitamins, Potassium and Omega 3s, salmon is one of the more popular fish for folks looking to eat healthy.  Because of its firm flesh, it holds up nicely on the grill!  It’s recommended that you grill sockeye skin-side down, and don’t flip them.  Many people like to place their salmon on a cedar plank to keep the fillet from sticking to the grill.
