Tuna Steak.

A slight drizzle of olive oil and your favorite seasoning are all you need for your Tuna Steak to taste absolutely amazing!   Perfectly seared on the outside, slightly pink on the inside, served on a bed of couscous or your favorite fresh greens, tuna steaks make a delicious, healthy meal.  Another option:  Seal your steaks in pockets of aluminum foil with onion, garlic and your favorite seasonings before throwing on the grill or in the oven.
