Sautéed Royal Red Shrimp

Royal Red Shrimp are prized for their tender sweet meat.  Many have compared the flavor of these deep-water shrimp to that of lobster or bay scallops.  Unlike other species of shrimp, they are naturally red, even before you cook them.  Royal reds can be prepared in a number of ways, including steamed, grilled or sauteed. Quick recipe: Sautee royal reds and shallots in butter and olive oil and serve on a bed of steamed rice. Delicious!
