Porterhouse Steak/16oz.

What do you get when you combine a Filet Mignon with a New York Strip? You get the Porterhouse! The Porterhouse Steak comes from the same area as the T-Bone, Strip Steak and Tenderloin (a bone separates the Tenderloin from the Strip Loin), and it is humungous – this thick cut can way upwards of 2 pounds! Ideally, the Porterhouse Steak tastes best when grilled, but it is also delicious when fried in a thick cast-iron skillet.
