Delaware only offers Atlantic Mackerel that is sustainably and responsibly harvested under extremely stringent U.S. regulations.  Found in both tropical and temperate waters, this Omega-3-rich fish is packed with vitamins and minerals and is also high in protein and essential amino acids.  Mackerel is enjoyed in a variety of dishes throughout the world.  Grilled mackerel is a favorite; however, mackerel can also be poached, broiled, baked and pan-fried.  You can even find recipes for Mackerel Ceviche.
