Kingfish Heads

Like most fish, the head of the Kingfish is not only edible, but also delicious! Kingfish heads are prized for their umami flavor tinged with a hint of sweetness. Kingfish heads can be steamed, baked or braised slowly for tender, tasty meat. They can also be served in stews, soups, curries and chowders.
