Flounder (Whole)

Part of the Flatfish family that includes Halibut and Grey Sole, Flounder’s meat is firm but flaky with a mild and slightly sweet taste. Flounder is a bit more delicate and flakier than halibut, though both have a similar taste. Flounder can be baked, steamed, poached, or filled with your favorite stuffing. They are also tasty in fish tacos. Most people like to dredge flounder fillets in flour and pan-fry them in a little olive oil.
