Dolphin (aka Mahi-Mahi – not to be confused with the marine mammal that we all know and love) are found throughout the Caribbean, Atlantic Ocean, and the Gulf of Mexico.  Mahi is good-tasting and good for you…this fish is a lean protein and loaded with heart-healthy Omega-3s!  Mahi can be prepared in a variety of ways – it can be tossed on the grill, pan-seared, or broiled for a tender, juicy fillet that is out of this world!
