Were it not for the invention of a spicy sauce in Buffalo, New York, in 1966, the lowly Chicken Wing would still be regarded as a cheap, even throwaway, part of the bird.  Today, Buffalo Wings are a hit a sports bars and take-out joints everywhere.  Our kitchen can prepare chicken wings ranging from 10-pc. to 100 pc., in a variety of flavors.
