Chicken Legs (Thighs and Drumsticks)

Mention “chicken leg” and some automatically think of the drumstick. Others think of the leg quarter. In reality, a chicken leg consists of the drumstick and thigh together. What sets a chicken leg apart from a chicken leg quarter is the absence of part of the back that is included in a leg quarter. Delaware can easily split the leg at the joint between the thigh and drumstick for you to create a variety of dishes.
