If the idea of cooking fish feels intimidating, then have we got a fish for you! Brook Trout is easy to cook:  Simply wrap your fillet in a tin foil packet with a little seasoning and brush with a touch of olive oil. 15 minutes and 400 degrees later, you have a baked fillet that’s tender, flaky and delicious!  Brook trout can also be pan-fried, seasoning with salt and pepper, or with your favorite spice blend.
