Branzini (Whole)

One of our more popular fishes here at Delaware, Branzini (plural of “Branzino”) are used extensively in Greek and Italian cuisine, and is, in fact, one of the fishes used in the traditional “Feast of the Seven Fishes” dinner served on Christmas eve. The average serving of Branzino contains only 90 calories, yet it’s packed with vitamins, minerals and essential amino acids. Branzino is best when roasted or pan-fried. Try roast branzino with a side of Greek lemon potatoes.
