Boston Scrod (Fillet)

The term “scrod” refers to a young cod or haddock that has been prepared for cooking – in our case, filleted. One of the more popular ways of enjoying our Boston Scrod is breaded baked, using the seasonings of your choice. While baking is one of the most common ways to prepare this type of fish, you can also pan-fry fillets, making sure they are seared to seal in the juices and hold the fillet together.
