Black Sea Bass

Our Black Sea Bass is caught in the Atlantic waters off the Virginia coast, and is great oven-baked, poached, steamed, pan-fried, or grilled.  Some foodies prefer their black sea bass prepared en papillote, where the fish fillets and seasonings are wrapped in buttered parchment and baked at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.  Packed with protein, B-vitamins, minerals and Omega 3s, this lean-meat fish has a mild flavor, making it tasty and heart-healthy.
