Beef Short Rib (Boneless)

These tasty morsels are found on the ends of the ribs near the breastbone, in the same area where we get chuck roast. Its rich marbling provides extra flavor. Braising in red wine produces meat that literally falls off the bone. Although braising is the preferred method of cooking, Boneless Short Ribs can also be grilled, smoked, slow-roasted, or cooked a la Sous Vide. You can also sear short ribs before placing in your slow cooker.
