Ingredients
1 lb. Royal Red shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 container of Delaware’s Gluten-Free Coconut Breading or Panko Coconut Breading
2 cups vegetable oil
Chili Pineapple Sauce, for dipping
Directions
- Make egg wash: Combine eggs, milk and water, and blend well.
- Rinse shrimp thoroughly. Dip each shrimp into egg wash, followed by breading.
- Pan fry in oil on medium heat until golden brown.
- Serve with a coleslaw and a side of Chili Pineapple Sauce for dipping.
