Our Tasty Tuesday recipe for May 8, 2023. Juicy, savory meatballs enveloped in a tangy, spicy Buffalo sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 3/4 cup Panko or Plain breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 lb. butter

  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce

  • 1/4 cup chopped celery

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 lb. ground chicken thigh

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Mix garlic, breadcrumbs, celery, ground chicken thigh, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl with 1/3 cup of Louisiana Hot Sauce.
  • Form your mixture into meatballs.
  • Heat oven to 400°F and bake for 15 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in 1/2 cup of Louisiana Hot Sauce. Set aside once all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Top your meatballs with your sauce mixture, and enjoy!
