Simple, yet delicious and satisfying!

Ingredients

  • 8 cups water

  • 1 chicken back with ribs

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 16 oz. egg noodles, medium sized

  • 1 cup frozen corn

  • 3/4 tsp. black pepper

  • 1 cup chopped onion

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots

Directions

  • In a large pot, sauté onion and carrots over medium heat for a few minutes.
  • Add chicken back, water and salt & pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • Stir in noodles. Let cook uncovered for 15 minutes.
  • Add corn and chicken breast and bring back to a boil. Cook until the chicken breasts are cooked through. Serve with your favorite crackers or crusty bread.
