Delaware's Steak Cooking Guide
The flavor of our steaks is so good that you don’t want to disguise it with a marinade
1.) - Remove steak from packaging and place on a plate. Let steak set for about 5 minutes, this will allow the steak to breathe.
2.) - Rub the steak with olive oil. Season to taste with course ground pepper and sea salt or a course salt.
3.) - Cook your steaks on a preheated grill or broiler, the leaner the cut the faster it will cook.
4.) - Filet Mignon and Sirloin are the leaner cuts of meat.
5.) - If the steak is cooked to medium, it will then produce a steak that is moist.
6.) - When your steak is ready let it set on a plate for about 5 minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to return to the meat.
Bon Appetite!
